Lucky Theo...
Theo Walcott has been picked for Fabio and Grooverider's preliminary World Cup squad. England have a friendly with Japan in Austria in June, and will like the Spaniards, cut the 30 man squad down to just 23 ahead of next months' World Cup. In Capelllo's crazy Capello Index, Theo is somehow the highest scoring attacking player thanks to the specially added 'written some kids books recently' category...

Cesc Picked for Spain...
Injured Cesc has been picked for the preliminary Spanish squad ahead of June's World Cup finals, which you may have heard of. Vince del Bosque will cut the squad down to just 23 when he's assessed the 30 man squad picked today. Fernando Torres who's half a boy and half a girl has been selected as well despite being injured...

Cesc said in his programme notes from the Fulham game that things are going to plan: "The timing is looking good for the World Cup, but I am sad not to have played a part in the end of Arsenal's season..."

Some boardroom stuff about to go down...

Forest Gunned Down...
The Arsenal U18s beat their Forest counterweights 5-3 in the Premier League Academy Final on Tuesday afternoon. A brace for Luke Freeman, and a hat trick for Obi Wan Afobe saw us retain the cup at The Emirates Stadium, full report here courtesy of the Arsenal Youth...
