Mesut Ozil Signs 'Mega Deal' to Stay at Arsenal

Rumours flying around today that our very best player has put pen to paper in a new deal to keep him at The Emirates until the end of it.

German media outlet Bilge via The Express has said that Mesut Ozil has signed an extension to the deal which was set to expire in 2018, and the deal is a 'mega deal'.

There are also rumours that Ozil has bought a house in North London so is looking to settle in the capital.

It's also expected he will commandeer Jack Wilshere's number 10 shirt next season, probably angering Wilshere and expediting his move out of The Emirates just a day after the Bournemouth Chairman said that a permanent move for Jack was 'possible'.

Alexis Sanchez will hopefully be next up for a new contract, as Arsene Wenger tries to tie up our two best players ahead of his Twiglet years (damn Autocorrect - Twilight, dammit) at The Arsenal.

The two players did their cause no harm at the weekend after playing so well in the 3-0 defeat of Chelsea, both of them on the scoresheet.
